Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Eventory (“Eventory”, “we”, “us”) is an online platform for events and multi-day programs, available at events.inksphere.space and through the Eventory Android app. It is owned and operated by Shubham Ramprasad Kashyap, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. You can reach us at shubham@buildbykashyap.in.

2. Who can use Eventory

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use Eventory with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
• The details you give us (name, email, phone number) must be true and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

3. What Eventory does

Organizers create events and programs on the web dashboard: they set the schedule, ticket types, prices, seating and rules. Attendees find them in the app, register or buy tickets, pick seats, show a QR code at the entrance and follow daily programs. Eventory provides the tools; each event or program is run by its organizer, who is responsible for actually holding it as described.

4. For organizers

• Describe your event or program honestly, including date, venue, price, what is included and any age or entry rules.
• Selling paid tickets needs your organizer account to be verified by Eventory. We may ask for identity or business details before approving it.
• You must have the right to hold the event, use the venue and use any names, images or content you upload.
• You are responsible for the safety of your venue, for following local laws and permits, and for treating attendees’ personal data only for running your event.
• If you cancel an event or program, you must tell Eventory and attendees promptly. Paid tickets for a cancelled event are refunded as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. For attendees

• A ticket is a right to enter the event it was bought for, on the terms the organizer set. Keep your QR code private; the first scan at the entrance is the one that counts.
• Follow the organizer’s and venue’s rules. The organizer may refuse entry to anyone who breaks them.
• Reselling tickets for profit is not allowed unless the organizer allows it.

6. Prices and payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Every paid order gets an invoice.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). Eventory never sees or stores your full card number, UPI PIN or bank password.
• Seats you pick are held for 15 minutes while you pay. If the payment does not complete in that time, the hold is released.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Things you must not do

• Post events, content or listings that are false, illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or that infringe anyone’s rights.
• Use Eventory to collect money for something other than the event or program described.
• Copy, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or try to break into Eventory or other people’s accounts.
• Create fake accounts, fake tickets or fake check-ins.

We may remove content, unpublish events or suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload (event details, images, competition entries, profile picture). You give Eventory permission to store and show it as needed to run the service, for example showing your event on the Discover page. Eventory’s name, logo, app and software belong to us.

9. Availability

We work to keep Eventory running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Features may change as the product grows; we will not remove a ticket you have already paid for without a refund.

10. Liability

Eventory is a platform; the organizer is responsible for the event itself, including its content, safety, quality and whether it takes place. To the extent the law allows, Eventory is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid through Eventory for the ticket or program the claim is about. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using Eventory at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to shubham@buildbykashyap.in. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Tickets for events that have not happened yet are handled under the refund policy.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to sort out any problem. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for important changes we will also notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Eventory after a change means you accept it.
